Pamela Anderson Boycotts Kentucky Derby
PETA activist Pamela Anderson has announced she’ll be boycotting the Kentucky Derby horserace this year because she thinks it’s a cruel spectacle. She has joined other activists at PETA in a new campaign to end the famous US horserace’s celebrity connections. She says:
“It makes me want to avoid Kentucky altogether, which is sad because there are so many great people there. I don’t want to support cruelty to animals, whether it’s forcing horses to race for our amusement or scalding chickens alive for our plate.”
I don’t know if she thinks human beings are as important as horses and chickens, but she should know that most of the clothes she wears are manufactured by 5 year old Chinese children. So I think she should also stop wearing clothes and walk around naked. Now that would be great.
