My favorite Hollywood action hero Vin Diesel has denied gay rumors and insists he wants to keep his personal life private. The “XXX” star is famous for refusing to spill the beans on his romantic relationships. He explains:
“I’m not gonna put it out there on a magazine cover like some other actors. I come from the Harrison Ford, Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino code of silence.”
Did you hear that, y’all? It’s not because Vin looks like a giant penis that he wants to stick his head in other men’s assholes.

To begin with, how can someone not be gay if they’re fine? Most of the nice, fine guys are gay! So how does this exclude him? Just because he’s masculine, doesn’t mean he’s not gay. As far as Vin D. is concerned, I applaud him for keeping his life personal….just another way to keep respect from viewers like me. He can say that people like Brando were private, but we still knew about the women he dated, just like Deniro. I live in Los Angeles. I work in the entertainment industry. There are people that get paid to cover up if someone is gay or not (Public Relations). The people in this billion dollar industry who are making tons of money off people like Vin Diesel are afraid that middle america will not believe that an action hero can be gay. Growing up, I’ve noticed that most teenaged boys get very jealous of bigtime celebrity heart throbs, so they try to spread rumors that the celebs are gay. Ask any 16 year old boy, and they’ll tell you half the famous young men out there are gay because they’re JEALOUS. I did a search because my friend’s 12 year old daughter was completely upset because her older brother (17 years old) told her that her crush, Vin Deisel is gay. Now, I’m sure if he were gay we’d hear about it all on TMZ and whatnot. But right now, all we have are rumors so it’s not enough reason to say one way or the other.
I will say that the girl’s older brother is very narcissistic and is always staring at himself in the mirror, so it’s no surprize that he’d feel threatened by someone making a big deal out of how handsome Vin Deisel is. Such silliness.
In either case, I’m surprized at all the comments here. You people keep saying Vin Deisel’s too “hot, cool, masculine” to be gay. That’s a very bigotted viewpoint. Well, I think nearly everyone has missed the boat here. Has anyone ever heard of a little word called respect? Try to have some. Start by having some for yourselves, then it will become easier to have some for others, like Vin Diesel or other less famous people. Everyone deserves respect. Whether they are gay, straight, African American, white, Italian, famous or just another soul wandering around on this Earth. Firstly, yes, Vin Diesel is an incredibly attractive man, and that shall remain true, in spite of ANYTHING else. But more importantly, he is a human being, with feelings. How would you feel if you happened across a message board filled with comments like this about you, discussing things that are nobody’s business but your own? I do not know Mr. Diesel, but I would someday love to sit and have a conversation with him just to see if my suspicions are right. Not suspicions about his sexuality, but about the person his is inside, the real him. From what I have learned of him, I suspect that Mr. Diesel is a lot deeper than I have ever read anyone give him credit for being. Obviously is a highly driven individual who choose to make his dreams a reality a long time ago. He works hard and I would imagine that he plays hard and yes, most likely, he loves just as hard. He is a brilliant actor and an even more brilliant buisinessman having already created a franchise of production companies that manage variable medias. He is self sufficient, educated, and very private. As it should be. His talents go well beyond that of the anti-hero. He can portray comedy, love, lust, strength, weakness, vulnerability, the entire range of human emotion. Do you know what it takes for an actor/actress to do that well and convincingly? Being able to go to a chapter of ones actual life’s experiences where they once felt that emotion and recapturing it, drawing from the energy of it, reliving it in the role they are defining. Sure his characters aren’t real, but the emotion that Mr. Diesel or any great actor puts into their roles is. That is the mark of a true actor. The devotion it takes to mentally relive an event that can bring them to tears. I admire Mr. Diesel’s desire for privicy and the fact that for the most part he has succeeded in keeping the things truly important relatively private. My heart goes out to him and all the people in the entertainment field, I can only imagine how stressful it must be to deal with the never-ending onslaught of paparazzi and fans. It is no wonder that you rarely see any hint of the real Vin Diesel in his photographs when he has to keep it so safely guarded every minute of every day. His eyes are almost always so scrutinizing, guarded, protecting the things that he holds dear. So people, just live and let live. Back off and give the people you idolize breathing room. They are all human. Give them the respect for being just that. You would want it for yourselves, so give it to them. Thank You.
