Is David Hasselhoff a Has-Been?

Former “Baywatch” star David Hasselhoff was reportedly stunned when he revisited the beach set of the legendary show because he was charged an admission fee. The guards protecting the Malibu beach location of the 1980s show didn’t recognise the actor, who played Mitch Buchannon for eleven years. A source says that David was wandering down Malibu beach when he passed the very place where they used to film “Baywatch,” which is now a tourist attraction, and he wanted to pop in to have a look. But the attendant failed to recognise him and charged him $7 entry, like everyone else. Hasselhoff shook his head and muttered, “Man, I used to own that beach,” before reluctantly paying the charge.

Man, this is a sad story. The Hoff doesn’t deserve to be treated like a has-been. A man who hangs out with Scarlett Johansson can’t be a has-been.

More proof that Hasselhoff is not a has-been after the jump.
