Eva Mendes looked white-hot Sunday night at the Museum of the Moving Image Tribute to Will Smith. She pretty much solidifies my theory that women should never, never, ever wear shirts under blazers. Or bras, either. Something about that open expanse of skin and the natural slope of a breast that hasn’t been crowded into a padded bra is really hot. The longer I look at these pictures, the more I feel I should just amend my blazer theory altogether and decree that women should go topless from here on out.
