Jay-Z Will Smack a Bitch Down
Rapper Jay-Z may not be the socially upstanding urban lyricist most of you believed him to be. Beyonce Knowles’ former assistant released an email today to MediaTakeOut.com accusing the rapper of regularly abusing his pop star girlfriend. Below is a portion of the actual email:
I felt that I should expose [Jay-Z] for the ugly [EXPLETIVE] he is. Seems that for a while he’s had a problem with keeping his hands to himself. Now I’ve never seen him just flat out strike [Beyonce], but too many times have I seen him shove and push her. At first I thought that it was just a little horse play thing between the two – but once I saw how embarrassed Bee was to be man-handled in the front of me in St. Tropez – I realized that it was no joke. I’ve been [Beyonce's assistant] and friend for a while now and I’ve always wanted to say something but I never felt it was my place. He treats Beyonce like she’s an object and not a person.
If you find the idea of a misogynistic heavy-handed Jay-Z a little hard to swallow, well, have a look at this video of him shoving a woman in the face . And then let me quote a line from the urban poet’s “Bitches & Sisters”:
Bitches get what they deserve – you gonna get hit.
Now, I admit I find urban lingo incongruous at best, but my caucasoid interpretation of the aforementioned lyrics bring me back to one inevitable conclusion: that punk-ass Jay-Z muthafucka need his black ass beat down fo’ shizzle. And, uh, something about respecting my cheddar. Holla!

the email has not been confirmed by any ‘assistant’ or proven to be real. MediaTakeOut doesn’t verify any of it’s sources, ever. I’d be more likely to disbelieve this, particularly considering the people the assistant emailed. Why not speak to someone credible?

I like Beyonce. She’s a fair actress, but the girl can sing her behind off. If her thuggish, ruggish boyfriend is indeed putting his hands on her, then he needs to get his ass kicked, preferably by her. If not by her, than her dad needs to step up and take Jay-Z to the nearest alley for “a talk”.
I listen to rap/hip-hop, but not as much as I used to. The entire “bitch, ho, bling-bling, I’m carrying a Glock and handing out beat downs, I’m pimping” mentality is tired. The misogny in today’s rap and hip-hop music has been pointed out and rallied against, but more needs to be done to squash it.

Wow, good work making stuff up. The song is “Bitches and Sister”, which clearly defines the differences between a bitch and a real woman (sister). “Sisters get respect, bitches get what they deserve. / Sisters work hard, bitches work your nerves.”
Nowhere in that verse does it say anything about hitting a woman.
“I love my sisters, I don’t love no bitch.”
