Anna Nicole Murdered?
If it strikes you a little odd that a perfectly healthy (doped up, yes, but otherwise healthy) thirty-nine year old woman and a perfectly healthy nineteen year old boy both died inexplicably within months of each other, well, you’re not the only one. Lots of people are speculating that lawyer turned husband turned evil mastermind Howard K. Stern had a hand in both Anna Nicole’s and son Daniel’s untimely deaths. According to PerezHilton.com,
In October 2006, Smith’s estranged mom, Virgie Arthur, told Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News that after the death of Anna’s son, Daniel, she was concerned that Howard K. Stern was the one in line to inherit Anna’s millions. “If Howard Stern marries her and she ends up dead, then who does the money go [to]? Danny’s not there,” Arthur said.
I’m gonna take a stab in the dark and guess that the money will go to one Howard K. Stern. Being the good lawyer that he is, I’m sure that he made some “minor adjustments” to her will after their doesn’t-mean-shit commitment ceremony last year didn’t grant him any legal claims to her potential millions. And don’t let’s forget that there are people who TESTIFIED that Howard K. Stern gave Daniel the methadone that ultimately killed him and then flushed the remaining evidence down the toilet. Yeah. He’s fucking sloppy, man. If he wanted her death to be believable, he should have cut the brakes on her car or pushed her off a cliff or something. But the same mysterious circumstances? He might as well be wearing a ski mask and carrying a burlap sack marked with dollar signs. Or a big sign that says “I’m a money-grubbing soul-less Jew murderer! I piss on the Gentiles and their Jesus Christ!” And really, you just can’t let some bastard go around killing people for cash and pissing on the Messiah. It just smacks of indecency. That’s why God lets Nazis and Arabs keep a running tab on the Jews. At least, that’s what everybody at the Klan meeting keeps telling me, and they seem highly educated.
UPDATE: MSNBC is reporting that a “very reliable witness” says there were several prescription drugs in Anna Nicole’s room - the stimulant Provigil, the antidepressant Xanax, the powerful pain reliever Vicodin, and the morphine-like pain reliever Methadone. Additional eyewitness reports claim Howard K. Stern’s name is on the prescriptions found in Anna Nicole’s hotel room. So Howard K. Stern suffered from depression, chronic pain, and a former heroin addiction simultaneously? Sure he did. Amazing he still had the fortitude to continue lawyer-ing for Anna Nicole with all those debilitating medication-requiring afflictions.

Yeah, a drug addiction from the easy drugs that parasite was feeding her. And the collapsed lung was probably drug related. The weak heart was probably related to the drugs. Sources tell ET Anna Nicole did have a will. It was created before Daniel’s death and named him as her sole heir. Howard was named as the executor of her estate. Soon after that Daniel dies in the bahamas where the U.S cannot touch him, then he brings her to an Indian reservation in Florida where the U.S goverment cannot get involved and she dies, coincidence or MURDER

Thanks for this entry - this blog has been one of the only information sources putting all the peculiar facts together and pointing out the white elephant in the room. It’s been maddening watching Entertainment Tonight, CNN et al covering this so softly. While clearly those news outlets much not say anything libelous and must wait for the authorities to release evidence before accusing anyone, they could - and SHOULD - ask questions in a more critical, aggressive manner to inform the public of the peculiarities.

I believe that CRIME does NOT pay,and,there is DIFINITE reason to suspect FOUL play in Daniels ,and, his mother ANNA’S deaths! And,i think we all should be praying that JUSTICE be served! Howard K Stern is being closely looked at now by Bahamian police ,and, they want answers! The circle is closing in around you STERN! The baby doesn’t belong to stern and he knows it! He is using that innocent as a way to get his unworthy hands on its SUPPORT! What an inhumane person. I,personally believe, HOWARD K STERN is responsible for Daniels death,as,he was seen by eyewitnesses ,who, are going to testify against him during the inquest that they saw him flushing pills down toilet! okay Ive got to fill these people in that don’t seem to be aware of the fact that METHADONE IS NOT- REPEAT NOT- ONLY USED FOR HEROIN ADDICTION AND was in fact invented as a pain killer in ww2 when germany was esperiencing a morphine shortage and needed something that could kill pain well and lasted longer than the 6 or so hours max that morphone did/does. Now it was subsequently found to work really well as an opiate agonist” for heroin/morphine addiction which of course was prevalent partly due to soldiers becoming addcited to the morphine that theyd been taking-given for injuries sustained in combat.
now part two, we segueway into later years, when many many syntentic opiates became commonly prescribed for pain- such as percocet, vicodin and the less common- dilaudid-the latter being one of the drugs that anna nicole was purportedly using at various points in her life and was found in her hotel room in suppository form(PROBABLY CAUSE SHE WAS THROWING UP FOR SOME REASON ABD COULDNT STOMACH ANY PILLS)
So…. with the mainstreamizing of these prescription drugs to any mr/mrs average joe with a headache-except dilaudid which is much harder to get as is supposed to be given for severe pain- ie post surgical/cancer treatments and the like) along with this came mass addiction problems for the aforementioned. In steps metadone again,,,now instead of being used to treat heroin addiction-and heroin is in fact the mother of all opiates, just illegal now thats all, and the metahdone of days past becomes reinvented for the more suburban middle to upper class folks whove become addicted to prescription painkillers..and belive me the real numbers will this are staggering, I am in a health filed and I run into people on vicodin every single day and this is a drug very similair to percocet which is also very addictive.
Okay so bottomline now is that the only reason folks arent aware that methadone is anything other than a drug for heroin addiction is because the federal government has put huge ass restrictions on its usage since its the 1960s and set up clinics all over that an addict must go to in order to be treated with this drug for heroin and now pain pill addiction like percocets vicodins demerol dilaudid and the latest craze OXICONTINS…! And the statistics are now supposedly that approx half of all patients in these clinics are there for pain pill addiction not heroin! Now altho drs can still prescribe and use methadone for treatment of pain, they rarely do because of the involvement of the government with this drug-ie fear of being investigated or monitered if they prescribe it too regularly etc. All of which is a darn shame as it is a very very good painkiller as well as having a very long half life, meaning one dose keeps you out of pain for a very long time! Now With the advent of pain clinics all around the country in the last 10 or so years methadone has seen a resurgence of popularity as a pain treatment. docctors are informing patients of its usefulness and helping to dismantle the unneccesary stigma surrounding the misunderstood drug.
with all of that said I belive that anna nicole was addicted to painkillers-and if she even tried to stop she would get violently ill and need to take pain pills to ease the horrific withdrawels-a terrrible catch 22, and knowing this she chose to have the baby away from the scrutiny of the us media as she had to be treated with methadone both to substitute the other opiates for pain and withdrawels while pregnant-methadone hads been proven safe for pregnant women who are addcited or in intractable pain-it is the drug of choice for this situation. but here in the states it wouldve gotten out that she was on methadone pregant and the baby possibly had to be detoxed from methadone herself for the first week or do of her life-this is also done all the time and they do it so that the baby feels little or any discomfort.

oh yes and she was also addicted to zanax/and or valium-thyere interchangeable-this is the drug that had her slurring all the time when I saw her on her reality show I knew at once she was on some kind of benzo. anickname for valium and zanax ativan type sedative drug-the symptoms of abuse is almost the same as drunk type behavior including slurring and walking off balance falling etc-that pic is a perfect example as is every single interview with the poor thing during the last 10 years. Now howard now seems like he is definetely on some benzos at the very least-he started out normal clean seeming back on her reality show but there has been a huge change with him in the last year or so,,hes on at least a benzo and probably an opiate or two as well-ie vicodin dilaudid methadone or all od the above whatevers handy. But I agree wholeheartedly that he caused both danie;ls death and anna nicoles-I think he actually gave daniel the metahdone or slipped it into his drink-he had picked up fast food and drinks for all of them from wendys the day that daniel died…and he knew that daniel was on two antidepressents and another drug that depressed the central nervous system. I knew when he died that anna was sure to be next and even if he didnt kill her in a direct way he certianly caused it by his behavior-trouble is when youre addicted so obviously as she was you become the perfect target for a murder by overdose, whats to say that he didnt simp[ly replace her usual dose of methadone-which comes liquid mixed with water joiuce usually with a much more potent version..she was already taking very very high doeses that might kill you or I BUT WITH HER TOLERNACE NOT HER, BUT ADD ALITTLE OF THIS HERE AND THAT THERE AND POOF–SHE STOPS BREATHING, THE BODY CAN ONLY TAKE SO MUCH AND HOWARD STERN KNEW THAT! I am appaled by how many people seem to be enjoyiing her death-she was a very messed up woman and clearly very lonely and unhappy and f-ed up. She needed help and intervention a long time ago. In stead everyone was happy to use her in one way or another just prop her up and videotape her…well make money off it for sure. Either she gonna do something ridiculous in her drug addled haze or shell give everyone some flesh to oggle on a day where shes not too messed up to pose and espose. What kind of a society feeds the machine that kept her going even in such an obvious state of chronic addiction and dangerous and lost mentality? aNd…now that shes finally dead the vultures are circling and so many people are too happy to rag on her memory-a memory that should be of a sad sad life and at its very center is an evil despicable puppetmaster that had caused the death of an innocent young man and a disturbed and admittedly simple women?

Howard K Stern killed both Daniel and Anna Nicole. This was a well thought out plot and now sealed by the fact that he was faxed a copy of her will 4 days BEFORE her death.
I hope someone in law enforcement is smart enough to put all the pieces together and try this guy for the double homicide he committed. Howard K probably thinks he’s gotten away with a double murder. I hope a smart detective out there somewhere proves he did it.

I have never seen such a circus. From the first time Anna’s beautiful son died foul play was involved. How come that governerment did not investigate? The man followed her around for her money and kept her in drugs. He planned and knew if they went to the Bahama’s that there would be no juristicion in that country. He has something to hide. Daniel died in September shortly before his 21st birthday. Was there a trust fund he would have received on his 21st? Was he disposed of so the money would remain in Anna’s estate? I heard tonight one of the lawyers said there were 7 paid up life insurance policies on Anna with Daniel as the beneficiary with Stern as second beneficiary. Strange? If Stern was “looking out for Anna’s interests” why did he not discuss this with Anna after the death of Daniel and make Dannielynn the beneficiary? Money makes liars and was it really Anna’s intentions to go to the Bahamas? Was is Stern so he could be named as the father of the baby and therefore if Anna died he would have everything? I don’t know who the biological father is but I do not think it is Stern or he would agree to a DNA test on himself and the baby. I also believe the media should not play the tape of Anna downing her mother. She was an addict. Remember Anna let her mother raise her only son for 7 years. If she thought her mother was so terrible and cruel why would she “as a devoted mother” leave her only child in her mothers care? She estranged herself from her mother, her family and eventually Birkhead because she did not want to confront her addictions. Her mother is not a beast like the media portrayed her, she is a grieving mother who was worried about her daughter and granddaughter. All she wanted was to take her daughter home. Somone should be guarding the baby from Stern because if she dies I am sure he will get everything. Money talks and he will probably walk as some other well known man with money. I wholeheartedly agree with your take on Daniel;from what I saw on that train wreck of a reality show that was on the air for a while..her son daniel was a sensitive good hearted boy who was understandebly quiet in contrast to his mothers extroverted antics and despite this seemed very loving to mom although obviously discommitted at times by her bizzare behavior -fueled by the plethora of pills that she was taking.
I often wondered why some social child protection agency didnt get involved with that family consdiring it was plastered all over national telivison that this kid was chroniclly neglected and exposed to severe dangerous addiction in his mother his sole caretaker and her unsuitable lifestyle which involved heavy drinking often lewd overt sexual behavior in front of the child and just a chaotic lifestyle for a kid. But noone intervened. Just like noone in show business forced her hand regarding her obvious abuse of drugs ie telling her she had to go into treatment and clean up or no more contracts no show no more business at all no more money period. Im sure somehwre along the line she was approached re her problem with dugs but oobviously theese folks continued to do business with her and use her however they could to promote whatever it was they wanted to make money off of that week. It speaks so badly for all of us because most of the world feeds the machine that kept that women drugging for years throughout a highly visible “career” in the modeling industry telivison media and commerical products too-you name it she dabbled there and was messed up overtly so, through out all of it-and noone made her stop. And this howard k stern her manager ie mercenary hanger -on leach oportunist weasel undoubtedely fed her addiction and used it to control and manipulate her her money her career and orchestrated such an obvious plot to first move her out of the of the united states (criminal justice system-and paternity.legal partner laws as well, then proceeded to eliminate her son who was 3 months shy of being made full heir to annas soon to be awarded fortune of well over 100 million dollars,-daniel was to recive a large trust upon his 21st b day..hmmm coincidental huh? Then after getting him outta the way knows its just a matter of time till he can get rid of anna considering her grwing abuse of drugs that he was surely controlling and increasing her use and dependence on, not to mention the predictable downslide of her health due to grief over son combined with the aforementioned drug abuse and voila hed better have some kind of ceramony publicclly invite the media in order to make record of his and annas committment to each other and……plans to marry soon…very very soon he told the media hounds. Anna probably refused to marry him legally being somewhat suspicuoious of his motives as she was soon to recive this huge award from dead husband, and even in her drugged haze she knew that an official marriage meant he could get at her money forever…so he probably said to her okay then lets at least have a ceremony so that dannilin will have an official family with a :”daddy” -THIS I FIRMLY BELIEVE A POINTED DESCISION ON STERNS PART TO CONNECT HIMSELF WITH THIS CHILD IN THE WORLDS EYES AND POSSIBLY IN SOME WEIRD BAHAMIAN LEGALESE FASHION AS THIER PATERNITY AND MARRIAGE LAWS DIFFER FROM OURS AND I BETCH HE LOOKED INTO IT ALL BEFOREHAND,
It is all so disturbing simply because i belive that this young man in the prime of his life was killed either by drugging him unbeknost to him or…giving him or foisting upon him some of “moms” pills lets say howard said oh tired from your trip frazzled a bit? here take a few of these and youll sleep for a while then youll feel bette5r or maybe the kid had a backache or whatever and her then said heres something thatll help the pain go ahead take it” the cops said that a very small amount of this methadone was found in his system and he was clearly not a regular user of this drug. end of story. stern got him out of the way and then snnas fate was sealed. ssadly she played right into his show for the world by partipating in that maockery of a service that Im certain he wheedled her into while she was in a grief stricken drugged up state. He used her grief he used her addiction he used her need to have someone anyone as the image of a protector, a daddy type someone to take care of her, and thats exactly what he did-he took care of her.

Stern is GUILTY as all hell and i agree it doesn’t take an idiot to put two and two together.. in fact, yes, anna was not all there and i suspect an emotional disturbed person as a result of a childhood which left her permanently scarred psychologically hence her dippign and dabbing with drugs in the hope of numbing out her inner torments or demons and “Stern” like a true weasel knowing this all to well figured he’d take advantage of the situation.
One GOOD LOOK at Stern’s face should tell anyone with any common sense that this cat not only dirty but also uite cunning being a lawyer and on top of that he looks like he moonlight’s as a closet drug user himself with perhaps all the right connections as evidenced through all these medications which where found and prescribed under his name.
This guys quite a helpful chap not only representing anna’s supposed best interests as a lawyer but also his own best interests by making sure she was kept under control (LOADED) as also evidenced in several video’s while he life and expectancy rate came to a spiralingclose under his wonderful or caring SUPERVISION!
When questioned by the judge showing anna in a video apparently speaking to the camera while loaded the judge asks stern ” Was anna loaded or on something in this video” and Howard actually visibly STUTTERED as if caught off guard by the question stating “HE DIDN’T KNOW OR WASN’T SURE” only when the judge next asks him again the if during this video if he knew for a fact that she was on anything stern says something to the effect “That were where times that she’s was in A WORSE STATE THEN ON THIS (KEYWORD: THIS) VIDEO” indicating without realizing it that he did have knowledge that she was on something while being recorded in that video (thus contradicting his earlier statement of NOT KNOWING) while the judge just silently looks at him almost in disbelief and stern certainly seemed GUILTY AS ALL HELL which was a true kodak moment for those who didn’t see that portion of the judges questioning.
No ones saying dear anna didn’t have any problems or was a saint let alone didn’t dabble but the minute STERN came into the picture her life took a sudden if not DRASTIC turn for the worse all under the auspices of this guys talented guidance or rather plotting.
I hope he’s caught and somehow someway is exposed because RICK is right and this cats smell’s and looks guilty and is trying to play the sympathy and caring role which of course being someone smart enough to be a lawyer would do so as to throw people off his trail but there is a trail here if not a tale.. The tale of a naive dumb human being whom happened to be a typical blond no punn intended which seems more like the tale of little red riding hood wiith Howard Stern whom is more like the old WOLF disguised as her dear beloved grandma only this cats no grandma nor stupid and more like a calculating spiraling lawyer who’s life is awry and no better than this naive woman who met the wrong joe that was smart enough to con her then got rid of an obstacle (daniel) her son and once he knew he might be fingered or perhaps not maybe even getting away with it that all that remained was anna whom he’d get rid of leaving a defenseless child which hopefully he’d remain in custody of again as the loving doting supposed father aka lawyer whom would now be free to duke it out through the courts battling for this childs best interest in order to get his hands on any possible inheritance which im sure as a lawyer he’d be on top of to PURSUE JUST AS DOGGEDLY AS HE PURSUED AND WORMED HIS WAY TO ANNA…
The only people he’s fooling are those gullible enough to buy into his bleeding heart routine because they’d love to believe here is a victim whom idolized and (KEYWORD: LOVED) loved her but history has proven time and again that love can be quite fatal when its not genuine (just look at the judges questioning video and his contradictory statement and ask yourself “IS THIS GUY GENUINE”?
There’s are also existing video’s of this cat hovering over her literally like a FLY in the early days when he was trying to win over and befriend her not too mention more than enough witnesses who state she would repeatedly towards the end give him the boot trying to get rid of him (i wonder WHY?) only he WOULDN’T leave and doggedly became persistent managing to eventually con her which isn’t too hard with the help of a few external meds more than likely again in quite the helpful or concerned manner so as to help her to dispel with her own paranoia’s which sounds like classic psychology or conning and just so many other things like the pre-marriage prep video that tries to get the world to see him as a doting husband and lawyer there to protect her only if he loved her he would have made sure to befriend and help DANIEL off of any drugs except those legally prescribed for his particular ailment and gotten daniel to help him wean his TRUE LOVE? off of whatever she was on rather than moonlighting as a pharmacist of sorts for them both as evidenced by the prescription why THEY TOOK yet were under HIS name… last but not least to my knowledge a person thats loving and caring, genuine and sincere has NOTHING TO HIDE and least of all medications even if given by accident down the toilet as accidents happen and the act of flushing them SHOWS GUILT and the INTENT to DISCARD EVIDENCE or any complicity which a loving person would not do since they have nothing to hide having done no wrong or at least not intentionally only his actions SHOW INTENT no matter how they you care to angle it and that my friends is calculating and sinister which is very suspicious especially when gone from a supposed lovingness to trying to cover his own tracks i don’t know about you but somehow the love factor seems to get lost in translation as now he’s thinking about HIMSELF.

I firmly believe that Howard is guilty in 2 murders. One man there when 2 seemingly healthy people die suddenly. YES Anna had a prescription drug problem, but Howard sure as hell did not do a damn thing to get her help. He knew if he tried she’d shut him out of her life, just as she did with everyone else who tried to help her. He didn’t want that money to stop, so therefore he kept enabling her addiction.
I feel that he poured an extreme amount of methadone into whatever it was that Daniel and Anna were drinking. See Anna was on the liquid form of methadone, and it is normally mixed with juice. It also has no taste, so therefore they wouldn’t know it if a large amount was poured into their drinks.
Also witnesses saw Howard BOTH time disposing of drugs down a toilet. Another thing it took them 7 min’s to call 911 when Anna was found not breathing. WHY, because they had to dispose of the damn drugs once again. You can tell that this bodyguard Moe, and his wife are hiding something. Of course they won’t tell, because I am sure they are being paid quite well for their services.
Mr. Stern saw a money cow in Anna, and he wants to milk that money cow dry. He shows zero emotion in every interview he has done since Anna’s death. Her mom and Larry are both very distraught and very emotional.

Kim Walther suddenly denies a website in her name, making some pretty substantial accusations. Allegations that Daniel had a Will. That Stern was never invited into Anna’s bed and that she caught him crawling in there while she was sleeping. That Birkhead is definitely the father and they moved to the Bahamas to keep him at bay. Suspicions as to why Stern bought the boat during a time that he knew full-well she was sick as a dog. Leaving her with a so-called nurse that was more interested in crusing the internet on her laptop then taking care of her patient.
Oh, and did anyone catch her saying she first “noticed” there were purple blotches on Anna’s back when she pulled back the covers? That’s called “pooling” folks. Forensically known as hyostasis. It’s when the blood pools to the skin after quite some time of being DEAD! It doesn’t happen in minutes. It takes 6-10 hours and is fixed after 24 hours post-death. This “nurse” says that’s the first thing that alerted her that something was wrong? There’s a lot of holes in this story. There’s a lot of incompetent people on it! Get a skilled, non-Hollywood-minded Forensic Scientist on that case. Oh wait! She’s buried. Nevermind! What a sick, sick, world!

Something is very strange here. Daniel died shortly after Howard picked up some fast food outside the hospital. Hr gave or put into the food Methadone. Daniel was OK when he arrived hospital for visiting his mum and infant sister.
Anna Nicole had already patches of purple on her top bodyand area of her face when the nurse and bodyguard found her. That means that she has been dead for approximately one hour or two. It is impossible getting these “colours” whithin 10 or 20 minutes.
So, Howard must have known already when he left teh hotel room that Anna was dead.
Regarding to what I have read, Howard left the hotel room approximately 12 p.m. saying to Big Mo and Tas that Anna is sleeping. The same noon both according to what Big Mo and Tas have told, they saw that Howard’s behavior was changed. Why ???
A sourse at the Hard Rock Hoted added also that when Anna was beeing wheeled out of her hotel room ” she looked dead….., she was blue “.
So if it is correct that Howard left the hotel abouth 12 p.m. Anna Nicole was already passed away at that time or shortly before. Howard knew that she was dead or dying.
Howard K. Stern is NOT the father of Dannielynn. It is Larry Birkhead !!!
I pray that the police and medical investigators must find the truth.
I guess we have two crimes here. It might be hard to prove, but not impossible.
Anna and Daniel cannot speak for themselves anymore. They did not commit suicide or overdosed themselves. Both Anna and Daniel were killed in a very scheming/sly way.

And sorry tanya but many of us commenting here would seem to have a strong sense of justice, and common sense and there is wat too many things that point to this man howard k stern as being behind these deaths-the only question in my mind at this point is did he commit them both outright or did he simply create an environment conducive to her and his demise. I believe this whole situation is a mystery. It’s TOO much of a coincidence first of all that both Anna Nicole and her son die within a year of each other. I just started to hear about Howard Stern in the news recently. He hasn’t even been in the picture very long that I know of and from what I hear about both of them dying out of the States, it would give Stern a way to get out of it. But, he’s obviously not that smart. The clues are coming together and it seems that there’s obviously someone close to the two of them that could have been involved in these murders. Everyone knows that Anna Nicole inherited millions from her late husband. No one knows her true personality, or anything she could have personally been going through for that matter. Even though it seems that Anna used her late husband for money, that gives no right/reason for her and her sons death. She may have had drug problems and what not, and whomever is the blame for her death probably thought that the drug problem would cover up anyone else possibly being involved. That’s why everyone keeps thinking she committed suicide. It’s all the publicity of news that has blown her WAY out of proportion. She’s still human everyone, so dont think you dont have problems that she hasn’t been through, if not more. If Anna’s son had not died as well, this situation would not be so sceptical. “Someone” was out to get her money and I think we all know who that is…

This case just gets deeper and deeper. If that DNA test happens, I will be surprised, but delighted. If Howard K. Stern knows he is the father, he would have taken that test as far back as last October. He would have done what was best for Dannielynn.
If Virgie gets custody, which I hope she does not, she will not be able to take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas. Dannielynn would have to be a legal citizen of the U.S. for Virgie to bring her back to the U. S., and Dannielynn, no matter what her age has to have a legal passport. And, in order to get that passport, there has to be a LEGAL birth certificate presented to the Embassy in the Bahamas. According to reports (I do not know if they are true)- Howard K. Stern is listed as the father on the birth certificate, but he did not sign it; his attorney signed it in the space where Howard should have signed it. If this is true, I think Howard did this on purpose. He knew, that way, no one could take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas. The parent(s) has to apply for that passport, and until there is proof of who the parent is, that passport will never come to fruition. Howard knows all of this- he is an attorney, and you can be assured he looked into Bahamian law before he took Anna there.
This case is so convoluted and sad. Daniel died of an overdose of Methadone, and anti-depressants, and five months later, his mom dies, seemingly of similar consequences. Howard Stern, was joking on video about Anna being on mushrooms, when she was eight months pregnant. If he loved Anna and was Dannielynn’s father, there is no way he would have done that. That video is very disturbing.
Howard is a manipulator, and now he is trying so hard and desperately to manipulate Larry Birkhead, that Birkhead’s attorney Debra Opri, has resigned. She told Rita Cosby on TV today, that she resigned because of the growing unhealthy influence of Howard Stern on Larry Birkhead. Before Anna was buried, Howard called a meeting, supposedly about the funeral plans, but when all the parties arrived at the meeting, Howard asked all the lawyers to leave, and Debra Opri says that Howard proceeded to try and make a deal with Larry about joint custody of Dannielynn. Debra Opri was very upset about this, and now it has come to a head, so she resigned. Howard knows he is not the father; why else would he offer joint custody to Larry Birkhead? Crazy, isn’t it?
Now, there are apparently two computers that the Bahamian police are investigating, because there is information on the computers about ordering drugs. The Bahamian police consider this a homicide investigation, because of the similarities in the death of Daniel and Anna.
This case sounds like a made for TV movie, and the truth will eventually come out- at least I hope and pray it will. I hope Larry Birkhead is the father, and I hope he does not work out any deals with Howard K. Stern.
I find it all very interesting, yet frustrating. If only, they would find out who is Dannielynn’s blood father, then that person could take custody of Dannielynn and move on with the rest of their lives- surely a complicated life, but at least a life with true father and daughter.
Even if Larry Birkhead is not the father (I believe he is), I think he has Dannielynn’s best interest at heart, whereas I do not believe Howard Stern has good intentions. If he did, he would have been more than happy to have the blood tests done to prove paternity, a long time ago.
Howard Stern has always given me the creeps. When I would watch the Anna Nicole Reality show, he was always hanging around, lots of times in the background. He just put off strange vibes in my opinion, so I am not surprised by all of this. He seemed obsessed with Anna; maybe he was in love with her; but I do not think Anna was in love with him.
I think after he found out Anna was pregnant, and knew it was not his- that something clicked, and things have tail-spinned since then. Whether he is guilty of any crime, remains to be seen, and I hope the truth about all of this is exposed.

I understand it was reported that Howard was on a boat, checking it out for purchase when he was called about Anna’s death. Were drugs found in the hotel room? If not- was this boat outing how and when Howard got rid of the drugs? It was reported that he was seen flushing drugs on the day Daniel died. Sounds like a pattern.
Howard would not let Virgie hold Dannielynn when she visited the house in the Bahama’s. Was this because he was afraid Dannielynn might spit up on her, and she would be able to get DNA?
What is the deal with Birkhead’s attorney resigning? I think it involves Howard trying to make a custody deal with Birkhead, possibly involving monetary benefits, and that Birkhead’s attorney was having none of it.

They are both American citizens and the baby cant even apply for Bohemian citizenship till she is 18yrs old till then she’s an American. I have had a feeling that this was murder. Howard K. Sterns motive is the money and he secretly works for the Marshall family. What he wants to do is make sure all the money goes back to the Marshall family somehow. Depending on the DNA results, I don’t see the child going to Texas with the Grandmother or anything like that. Although it would be more plausable to have the child in Texas because of the proximity to Houston.
Larry has a good chance of proving himself the father. But the financial angle doesn’t look well for him. The fact that the teen-age son was found dead in the Mom’s hospital room screams reems of anger toward Howard K.
I hope Howard gets what he deserves, I also hope the Siminole Police have enough evidence to prove him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

HKS didnt have to be a former heroin addict to get methadone, nor is xanax an anti depressant. I think HKS may of wanted anna to be on methadone while she was preg because its safer than the other drugs for preg woman, im sure its not 100% safe but it is safer than all the other crap.. I know,being a former methadone addict, Drs will prescribe it to pregnant women and they wont let you quit methadone while pregnant because it can cause miscarrige. Anna was an addict and like many addicts she died from complications of drug addiction.

Wouldn’t you want a thorough investigation done, especially since Daniel’s inquest is being delayed? Way too many coincidences in this case. it seems funny to me that howard picked daniel up from the airport and hours later, the young man is dead. then he takes her to the hard rock with a temperture, and after telling every one never to leave anna alone, he leaves to check a boat, leaving anna alone to die. i believe she was dead when moes wife sat at the bottom of annas bed,to help her to the bathroom if she needed to go. well she had purple marks on her face which happens when the blood stops pumping, and she was already cool to the touch…….helloooooo he is guilty as hell and may he rot there
