it seems funny to me that howard picked daniel up from the airport and hours later, the young man is dead. then he takes her to the hard rock with a temperture, and after telling every one never to leave anna alone, he leaves to check a boat, leaving anna alone to die. i believe she was dead when moes wife sat at the bottom of annas bed,to help her to the bathroom if she needed to go. well she had purple marks on her face which happens when the blood stops pumping, and she was already cool to the touch…….helloooooo he is guilty as hell and may he rot there

This has nothing to do with race. Two people are dead within months of each other. For the love of God, what if they were your relatives? Wouldn’t you want a thorough investigation done, especially since Daniel’s inquest is being delayed? Way too many coincidences in this case. Anna’s mom was unmercifully smeared and I want to know why. God is on our side, the side of righteousness. No matter what Anna did in her life, she did not deserve this painful death. Daniel was completly innocent! People can’t let this go because we know that this is so wrong! Motive, opportunity, & means. Who benefited from these deaths? House in Bahama’s, cars, off-shore accounts, boat, etc. Pure greed. Swindle all you want, can’t take any of it with you when you leave this earth. Some day, you will have to stand before our Lord and explain what you did……………..

The anti-semitic stuff is not only inane and creepy but is the motivation of most of the clowns posting here demanding justice for Howard Stern when nothing’s been proven. Only a Jew is considered guilty of murder because he was somewhere in the vicinity of a suspicious death where there’s a potential for financial gain. I don’t know too much about the guy but I have read enough about Anna Nicole Smith to know that she’s responsible for her own health and what she puts into her body. I’ve known plenty of people who have a fear of hospitals and it’s perfectly plausible that she demanded to stay put when she was morbidly sick. That was her mistake. Until I see something credible that implicates this Stern guy, I just assume he’s a scapegoat for disgruntled anti-semites.

HKS didnt have to be a former heroin addict to get methadone, nor is xanax an anti depressant. I think HKS may of wanted anna to be on methadone while she was preg because its safer than the other drugs for preg woman, im sure its not 100% safe but it is safer than all the other crap.. I know,being a former methadone addict, Drs will prescribe it to pregnant women and they wont let you quit methadone while pregnant because it can cause miscarrige. Anna was an addict and like many addicts she died from complications of drug addiction.
She gave up when her son died.

i think stern has something to hide.why wont he take the dna test and put things to rest.that baby needs all the love she can get.everyone keeps talking about anna,s money .for get the money and start thinking about the baby.its unreal how money brings out the worst in people.i pray the true facts come out so anna and her son can rest.if anna wasnt a star there wouldnt be all this fighting over this baby ,its all about the money.

It is my opinion, that Howard K. Stern, is responsible for the death of Daniel, and Anna Nicole Smith. It is also my opinion, that Annas Mother, and grandmother of Daniel, has had every RIGHT as the LEGAL RELATIVE of two of her family,to decide all decisions concerning her daughter. She was the only one besides perhaps, Larry Burkhead, that would have visited the gravesite anyway, and after death, its the living RELATIVES that mourn the loss. It is MOST DEFINITELY MY OPINION, THAT HOWARD K. STERNS SISTER, AND BROTHER IN LAW, HAVE NO BUSINESS EVEN STATING ANYTHING THEY FEEL TOWARD, ANNA NICOLES MOM. HOW DARE THEY, WHEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN RELATED TO ANNA. HOW DARE THEY PUT ANNA’S MOM UNDER MORE DURESS, WITH THEIR COMMENTS. I FULLY FEEL THAT ANNAS LIFE WENT DOWN HILL WITH HOWARD K. STERN. If Howard is a man, who proclaims himself a (civil) husband, and a father of his daughter, doesn’t he know that the man should provide for his family and kids himself, NOT CLAIM MONEY FROM THE FAMILY OF HIS WIFE”S FORMER HUSBAND who died many years ago or anybody else? What kind of legal system do we have if it aloows it?
