Britney Spears Wishes You Godspeed
Britney Spears updated her website yesterday with a picture of a girl whose wig isn’t ratty or falling off and who doesn’t have the doughy, pustuled physique of a Taco Bell employee. She posted the following message to her fans beside the picture of the mystery woman:
The reason for this letter is to let everyone know that their prayers have truly helped me. I am so blessed that you care enough about me to be concerned and will continue to live in this brighter state with all of you by my side during this trying time. We are all the lights of the world and we all need to continually inspire others and look to the higher power. You are all in my prayers.

“Godspeed?” You just don’t go around wishing people Godspeed without also using the words “anon” and “fortnight” and telling the tale of Paul Revere’s midnight ride. And… ooh! Opera gloves! She must have just returned from a night of “Don Giovanni!” The topless lipsynched ten-minute version of Mozart’s masterpiece, of course. It’s a classic.

Speaking as a trained Photoshop professional, that is some piss poor work, right there. I’ve photoshopped pictures of “Asian Escorts” for Yellowbook ads that look better than this. Whomever produced this crap should be stripped of their Geek Badge, STAT.
