Britney Still Awesome at Driving

In a classic case of taking one step forward, and two steps back — Britney reached a settlement in her hit and run incident yesterday, only to immediately run over a photographer’s foot afterwards. Score! Even for Britney, that’s pretty impressive timing. From TMZ:

As she tried to make a quick left, with paparazzi by her side, Spears’ tire ran over our sandal-wearing photog’s foot. Spears stopped the car, trapping our guy for what must have seemed like 4 hours. Ouch!

Spears looked shocked once she realized what she’d done … but didn’t get out of the car to see if he was okay. Our photog went to the emergency room and fortunately, nothing was broken.

Hey Britney! Good news — he’s totally okay and you didn’t scar him for life or anything! Aren’t you totally relieved that you didn’t seriously injure someone? Well, she doesn’t have to answer — I’m sure she is. You know, I think the only way Britney Spears news could possibly be any more entertaining at this point is if someone followed her around with a sitcom sound effects machine, complete with a foley sounds and audience reactions. Oh no! Britney horribly injured someone? Wah wah! Cue laugh track.
