Lindsay Lohan’s kid sister Ali really wants to be like her big sis. Although she’s only fourteen years old, Ali’s already gone under the knife, possibly on more than one occasion. Ali has made some big changes to her looks in an attempt to rival her older sister’s — her lips plumped with collagen, her freckles bleached away, and… contact lenses which change her brown eyes blue. There’s also been ongoing speculation that the teenager had a nose job last year.
If she wants to emulate Lindsay so badly, there are a lot less painful ways to do it. Replacing her toothbrush with a penis, for example. Switching from decaf to penis. Getting eight hours of penis a night. Instead of lip injections and a nose job, all Ali really needs is Fleet Week in New York and carton of Rough Riders.

Honestly…I don’t see the difference except for the contacts, and she’s wearing more makeup and a LIGHTER colored lipstick, which always makes lips look fuller. Her nose looks the same. The effects you’re seeing can be achieved with makeup, including the more even skin tone.
If anyone should lighten up, it’s you.

Twelve is too young for plastic surgery unless she was in a accident or having medical problems, as she is still growing and forming her face bone and muscle. I agree with Espy. I really don’t think she has had plastic surgery. The lips have definitely NOT been plumped, they don’t look it and she is wearing lipliner and light lipstick - two things that can make your lips look bigger. I should know, I use those tricks all the time
As for the freckles - I think she just has a lot of foundation on. Even lindsay manages to cover the freckles on her face sometimes, then you see a candid and there are her freckles again.
As for the nose job, her nose does look slightly different but it could be the angle. It looks better in the “before” pic though so i don’t see why she would alter it to make it look like the second pic.

Personally, I think it is obscene to turn a fourteen year old into a twenty eight year old like this. Looking like this will put her into situations where people will be treating her like an adult (which she isn’t) and she is seriously going to end up even MORE screwed up then Lyndsay. Her repulsively greedy mother is vile to have done this to her. She is going to end up more messed up than Dana Plato. I hold her mother totally responsible for both of her daughters messed up lives.

I don’t see any surgical changes, either, although using adult makeup and colored contact lenses on a child like this is ridiculous.
Why don’t they show her stick figure? She’ll have to have something more than a heavily made-up face to compete (although Lindsay has gotten by for years by emphasizing only her eyes and face, and hiding her dumpy figure).
