IT IS NOT HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT.
IT doesn’t take a Rocket Scientist or a neurosurgeon to be smart at Eating Healthy and EXERCISING…………Lord. Just get out & walk– do something. ANYthing is better than nuthin’. And I have a PhD in Nutrition and Health Science.

Really Sad
I am so disgusted with the fact that people will rally to hurt another human being, but not to offer comfort. I wouldn’t be too proud of the fact that you can insult someone behind their back. I also did not realize there were so many perfect people on the planet. I hope none of you ever has any issues that would be cause for ridicule (especially in front of a camera for all to see)-or maybe Karmic retribution will take care of that. And for PhD-I can say I have a degree, too. However, if you really did care enough about the well-being of others to receive a doctorate in that field, I doubt that you would be so caustic and judgmental to the people who might come to you for help. It’s easy to judge; it’s understanding and listening that takes real effort. Kirstie, you’ve made many happy with your profession; I don’t know why people would feel compelled to show so much hatred-you won’t get anything but respect from me. Be well and realize there is more ignorance than empathy, hate than love and condemnation than acceptance in the world, but consider the source. Peace.
