As someone who lives in TN, no this is NOT o.k. here. I don’t understand what Billy Ray is thinking letting a LITTLE GIRL date a GROWN MAN. My dad would have already kicked him to the curb. At this age it is the father’s place to protect his child. And just because she is famous, she is still just that, a child. And, no, I don’t think they are “just friends”.
