The Earth does not have enough resources to sustain the population as it is, and irresponsible procreation like this only adds to the problem. So if your 1-2 children don't have any water to drink or any food to eat, blame the people who irresponsibly had 18 of them. These kinds of people hurt society more than you can possibly imagine, even if it's not 100% explicit and apparent. Not to mention the other species that will go extinct as humans continue to encroach on their natural habitats. Sure, it’s great if they can support these kids financially.
