Personally…I really think she needs somebody help her to dress herself each time she goes out in the public.She has very poor taste of clothes and probably doesn’t care of wearing underwear or a bra in public too.
Poor girl needs some fashion advice by a professional designer what kind of clothes that match …even shoes very poor taste…
