This is probably gonna piss a lot of you bastards off, but I don’t think Kelly Clarkson is a fatass. She’s not a twig, certainly, but I think she’s cute. Okay, so she wears a lot of hideous clothes, but she’s adorable and her music is super catchy so I guess she can fug it up as much as she wants with her shirts that look like upholstery found in the waiting room of a dermatologist in Miami. And I don’t even know what the hell’s going on with that cardigan… does it have a tail?
Whatever. The point is, she’s cute and I like her. I like that she doesn’t give a shit what people say about her and she just goes about her business, being all normal and awesome. I especially like the fact that I bet we could hang out and have drinks and she wouldn’t spend the whole night whining about how many calories are in a margarita and that she can’t split an appetizer because she doesn’t believe in carbs. Bitches like that are no fun at all.

Tsk, tsk. And this post started out so well. Kelly Clarkson is an incredible beauty. My opinion is that she shouldn’t alter or try to change a single thing. Now, as regards to the comments directed towards her choices of clothing…It’s her choice, her money, her body. She has earned the right to wear what ever she so chooses. If she wants to put on an old suit of armor and strut down Rodeo, that is her choice and she has earned that choice. She has worked hard, kept out of trouble, and made millions of people happy. Lay off of all the pointless negativity people. Lets all try to remember what we were taught as children; to paraphraze, “If you don’t have something nice or constructive to say, than shut the hell up.”

I agree, she is awesome, and doesn’t need to change a thing about herself. I would love to spend the evening trying on all her crazy clothes while we get progressively more wasted on mojitos.
I wonder if all the people who hate on her for being a bit pudgy are all incredibly slim, effortlessly cool style icons? Wait, they’re not? Wow. That just totally shattered my view of people who slag off strangers on the internet.

I really wonder about all the people who call Clarkson fat: do you live in the world? Do you see actual people on a day-to-day basis? Hey maybe that’s the problem: you spend all your time in your mother’s basement, and the only humans you see on a regular basis are celebrities on gossip blogs.
I’d guess Kelly’s about a size 8-10, which in the actual world is small-to-medium size. Most actresses and famous female singers are more like a size 2-4, but in real life, people that size are incredibly tiny.
