He hadn't moved the vehicle yet and around my area I've seen a bunch of times when cops would rather get a guy home to sleep it off then send him to jail. I've actually seen a few drive the dude home, so I'm not pissed about this particular thing. Although if he HAD moved the car, then crashed it and came out stoned and drunk with white powder all down the front of his shirt that would have been a different story. Oh wait, lindsay lohan strikes again. Im not so critical of this one.
