Age-of-consent laws are of recent advent, as far as civilization is concerned. Of course back not that long ago, females were also regarded as property and arranged marriages were common as well, and sadly still are, in some areas of the world. The global elite have professed plans for universal one-child policies and raising the age-of-consent globally to as high as 30.
Modern societies have some of the most complex, comprehensive and elaborate mind-control mechanisms in place that run psyops over much of human sexuality. It is hard behavioral science, and probably less than one person in millions will ever even grasp a hint of the scope of the machinations secretly in play.

Sexual guilt and shame is literally cultivated to be later extensively exploited even more in the future with the coming ubiquitous airport naked body scanners and grade school strip searches under whatever ostensible pretext will fit the times and total information awareness surveillance will fill the government’s cradle-to-grave sexual history dossiers on everybody, in the massive NSA Data Centers currently under construction around the country, to be used for shaming, humiliation and denigration, all for purposes of controlling populations. Welcome to the New World Order.
