Heidi Montag had ten (10!!!) plastic surgery procedures done on November 20th. We saw her creepy People magazine cover on Wednesday, but now the Huffington Post has a scan of her before & after shots from inside the magazine, and holy crap, it’s even worse than I thought. Those boobs are RETARDED, and the side-by-side comparison shows just how unrecognisable she is now (which you’d think would be counterproductive for a famewhore like her, but whatever).

On why she’s going all Frankenstein, Heidi said:

I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a “Jay Leno chin”; they’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, “Whoa! That’s me!” I was an ugly duckling before.

Oh Heidi, but you’re so much uglier now. Your face is seriously freaking me out, because you look like a sexbot and it honestly wouldn’t surprise me to hear that your navel is actually a doorknob that opens your abdomen to reveal a stash of lube and dildos. Anyway, here’s the full list of things Heidi had done to herself (and please keep in mind that she’s only 23 years old):

Newer, bigger boob job (she’s DDD now, the biggest the doctor would put in)
Butt implants
Liposuction on waist, hips, inner & outer thighs
Fat injections in cheeks and lips

Most of us look in the mirror and see flaws, she’s (financially) in a position to change the things she sees.
Once you’ve had one cosmetic procedure, you see there’s a method to ‘fix’ these things and she gone ahead and done it. In the same situation most wouldn’t say no

I never liked Heidi and I thought she had kinda of a horse face. I do think the surgery makes her look better. The problem is that she doesn’t look unique. At least before I could recognize her out of 100 other blondes. For fame looking different is good (ie Cher, Madonna, Jay Leno). I heard she wanted to be more like a Britney. Britney didn’t change her whole self. I think Heidi will be less famous now…If that is possible.

I hope she finds peace within herself. If these procedures bring her happiness, good for her. But, you can’t cut YOURSELF out of yourself. So I suspect whatever she is looking for in life won’t be found in these surgeries. What do I know, though, having never met Heidi. She’s beautiful now, but she beautiful before. I don’t know how she’s going to live with herself at age 30 or 40 or 50 or 60…age happens, and I have a feeling she’ll be looking like a cat woman before she hits 30. Personally, I think that all of you who are attacking Heidi need to back off. It’s HER life and HER money and as long as she’s truly happy with who she is, that’s really all that matters. I am doing the normal thing by tying to look younger.I have been taken for 10-12 years younger. THAT IS NORMAL to feel better about yourself. I do feel sorry for her, people keep going “OMG, she looks so fake” but what do you expect after 10 or so cosmetic procedures, yeah its excessive and at 23, its a little scary but she must have very low self esteem to do that to herself.

Most people have at least 1 or 2 things they dislike physically about themselves, but you learn to live with them and they dont actually bother you to the point where your confidence suffers….if something does bother you that much and ruins your confidence, then I’m all for plastic surgery…maybe not 10 things at once though.

As someone with a lot of tattoos, I can’t say that plastic surgery is “wrong” or “bad” because they are both forms of body modification. Would I ever get plastic surgery? No. Do I think some people look better without it? No…and do you know why? Because it looks good TO THEM. The whole point of body modification is to look a certain way, a way that you find pleasing to you. It should never, ever be used to please someone else (although that certainly does happen) and unless it’s YOUR plastic surgery you have no right to judge it. If Heidi Montag is happier with her results, then she looks better because she is who she wants to be.

The whole concept of you people…people who don’t know Megan Fox and people who are not Heidi Montag…sitting back and judging whether YOU feel she looks better or worse isn’t the point. You guys are all sooo mean! I have the same issue as her because when I was younger I was made fun of in the same ways that she was. I was told that I had a Jay Leno chin and it really really gets to you. I’ve never been able to look at a picture of myself and be happy with it. I know exactly what it’s like to have a chin that takes away from the rest of your face. There is no way I will ever be happy with myself until changes to that are made. After years and years of being tormented with hurtful comments, your self worth and the image that you see when you look in the mirror and what runs through your head will not ever be the same, no matter how much you try to pretend that you’re happy with yourself. I’m glad she got work done to be happy with her existence, I would definitely do the same. It’s difficult to be in the industry she’s in and have to scrutinize your appearance because everyone else looks so good. Sometimes you have to take extremes to start living your life the way it was intended. The implants are a little much, but nevertheless, I think fixing the things that have haunted her the most will make her happier and let her finally focus on other things in her life.

It is so sad that Heidi Montag got plastic surgery! Heidi Montag was a pretty girl before she got plastic surgery although she had flaws such as a long chin and a big nose, she was very very pretty but sadly all she saw was her flaws, long chin and big nose and she got surgery to ”correct it”. I didn’t recognize her anymore and it is sad that she doesn’t have enough self esteem that she had to go out and get plastic surgery when she didn’t need it. I wish I was there and I can go back in time and tell her NOT to get plastic surgery because she doesn’t need it. Now it is November 2011 and she did say she regretted her plastic surgery. I’m glad she said that and she is a prime example of a girl who is a victim of society. Girls my age, I’m 16, are under so much pressure to look a certain way and I think Heidi Montag fell under that pressure. But it seemed to me that she had problems with self esteem before becoming famous. So I think going into Hollywood made her self esteem worse and she got surgery. I think it is sad and not good because I had low self esteem and now I don’t! I wouldn’t want to get plastic surgery………….ever! Well maybe on my nose? Nay, forget about it! But other than that, it is terrible to alter your looks because God made us all the way he are!
