Heidi Montag had ten (10!!!) plastic surgery procedures done on November 20th. We saw her creepy People magazine cover on Wednesday, but now the Huffington Post has a scan of her before & after shots from inside the magazine, and holy crap, it’s even worse than I thought. Those boobs are RETARDED, and the side-by-side comparison shows just how unrecognisable she is now (which you’d think would be counterproductive for a famewhore like her, but whatever).
On why she’s going all Frankenstein, Heidi said:
I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a “Jay Leno chin”; they’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, “Whoa! That’s me!” I was an ugly duckling before.
Oh Heidi, but you’re so much uglier now. Your face is seriously freaking me out, because you look like a sexbot and it honestly wouldn’t surprise me to hear that your navel is actually a doorknob that opens your abdomen to reveal a stash of lube and dildos. Anyway, here’s the full list of things Heidi had done to herself (and please keep in mind that she’s only 23 years old):
- Newer, bigger boob job (she’s DDD now, the biggest the doctor would put in)
- Butt implants
- Liposuction on waist, hips, inner & outer thighs
- Fat injections in cheeks and lips
- Brow lift
- Chin reduction
- Another nose job
- Ears pinned back
- Neck liposuction
- Botox (and remember, she’s only 23!)

Most of us look in the mirror and see flaws, she’s (financially) in a position to change the things she sees.
Once you’ve had one cosmetic procedure, you see there’s a method to ‘fix’ these things and she gone ahead and done it. In the same situation most wouldn’t say no

I never liked Heidi and I thought she had kinda of a horse face. I do think the surgery makes her look better. The problem is that she doesn’t look unique. At least before I could recognize her out of 100 other blondes. For fame looking different is good (ie Cher, Madonna, Jay Leno). I heard she wanted to be more like a Britney. Britney didn’t change her whole self. I think Heidi will be less famous now…If that is possible.

I hope she finds peace within herself. If these procedures bring her happiness, good for her. But, you can’t cut YOURSELF out of yourself. So I suspect whatever she is looking for in life won’t be found in these surgeries. What do I know, though, having never met Heidi. She’s beautiful now, but she beautiful before. I don’t know how she’s going to live with herself at age 30 or 40 or 50 or 60…age happens, and I have a feeling she’ll be looking like a cat woman before she hits 30. Personally, I think that all of you who are attacking Heidi need to back off. It’s HER life and HER money and as long as she’s truly happy with who she is, that’s really all that matters. I think people easier will start to forget her as she now isn’t recognizeble at all! Unless, of course, she does a whole lot of other stupid things. I think she enjoys making huge headlines so that the world still knows she exists, but I think this one might do the opposite.
I was shocked when I first saw her “before and after” photos; who would do that to themselves? Such a lovely woman with already “perfect” looks. As some of you have already said, there is nothing special about her now, she is just like all the other plastic faces.

I am doing the normal thing by tying to look younger.I have been taken for 10-12 years younger. THAT IS NORMAL to feel better about yourself. I do feel sorry for her, people keep going “OMG, she looks so fake” but what do you expect after 10 or so cosmetic procedures, yeah its excessive and at 23, its a little scary but she must have very low self esteem to do that to herself.
Most people have at least 1 or 2 things they dislike physically about themselves, but you learn to live with them and they dont actually bother you to the point where your confidence suffers….if something does bother you that much and ruins your confidence, then I’m all for plastic surgery…maybe not 10 things at once though.

Well… I def think she was WAY prettier before. She looks like a really hot cougar now… It’s sad because she’s so young and she looks so old. I try not to judge though… We all say things but Hollywood Life is a whole other beast to battle with… Its hard enough dealing with insecurities in normal life, but to have the entire world scoping you must be awful.
