Kate Winslet is Getting a Divorce

Kate Winslet has officially separated from her film director husband Sam Mendes with the intent to file for divorce after almost seven years of marriage. The couple shares custody of a 7-year old son, as well as a 9-year old daughter from Kate’s previous marriage. Their lawyer told the Daily Mail
“Kate and Sam are saddened to announce that they separated earlier this year. The split is entirely amicable and is by mutual agreement. Both parties are fully committed to the future joint parenting of their children. They ask that the media respect their privacy at this time.”
You know, I liked this story better when Leo DiCaprio played the man left cradling the tattered remnants of the American Dream after his suburbanite marriage dissolves. And that little reference would actually mean something to you if you had bothered to see “Revolutionary Road” instead of jerking off to “All Giant on the Western Cunt” for the nine hundredth time. It’s a shame my genius has to be wasted on the likes of you.
