Jenny McCarthy Closes Autism School

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for former Playmate Jenny McCarthy — first she and her long-time boyfriend Jim Carrey broke up, and now she’s closing the school she founded for autistic children. Star Magazine says
“Jenny and her partner at the each 2Talk Academy, Sarah Scheflen, had different visions for the school and made a decision to go their separate ways,” Jenny’s rep said. “Both intend to continue on in this important mission.”
I assume “Jenny and her partner had different visions for the school” means that her partner wanted to utilize legitimate and scientifically sound approaches to educating autistic children, while Jenny wanted to implement whatever the unicorn sliding down the magic rainbow told her. I can see how it’d be kind of hard to base a curriculum around your completely unfounded conspiracy theories. That’s probably why you never see a crazy homeless person writing a textbook.
