“Gossip Girl’s” Blake Lively will be joining the elite ranks of Keira Knightly and Lily Allen as the new face of fashion house Chanel. E! Online says:
Blake Lively is taking another step on her way to becoming a full-fledged fashion icon.
The Gossip Girl beauty will star in a new ad campaign for Chanel. She was just in Paris shooting for [Chanel's] handbag collection. The ads should launch early next year.
“Gossip Girl” is supposed to be one big runway for haute couture and designer clothing, but the one time I tried to watch it, I woke up foaming at the mouth in a puddle of my own urine. Of course, that could have been the 14 white russians I’d had before it started, but I’m not taking any chances. Better safe than sorry, I always say.
