Alicia Keyes Gives Birth to Egypt Daoud

Singer Alicia Keyes gave birth to her first child late last week (seen above carrying the child in her forehead). E! Online says:

The Grammy winner and her hubby, Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean, joyfully celebrated the birth of their son Egypt Daoud Dean on Oct. 14 in New York City.

Daoud, pronounced da-ood, is Arabic for David, and is Beatz’s middle name.

Egypt Daoud? At least with “I Hate America Keyes” or “Death To The Infidel Keyes” you don’t have to worry about people pronouncing it wrong. Nothing ruins a good racial slur like mispronouncing the name of the person’s house you’re egging.
