Amanda Bynes was arrested for DUI in April and had two hit and runs back in May, and wouldn’t you know it, she had yet another brush with somebody’s car over the weekend that ended with her speeding away from the scene of the accident without leaving her name or her insurance information. TMZ says:

Kisa (last name witheld) was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa [says] she didn’t recognize the woman at first — because she “looked like a hot mess.”

Kisa says she got out her insurance card to exchange information, but says Bynes “seemed nervous about that.” Bynes told her the damage to the Corolla didn’t look that bad and…. said they didn’t need to exchange info since neither car was damaged badly. Kisa maintains, however, that Amanda’s car had “significant” damage to it.

Kisa says she continued to try and exchange info with Bynes, but Bynes just got in her car and drove off.

Kisa called the police, who responded to the scene and took a hit-and-run report.

It’s a good thing Kisa filed a police report, because I sure as hell wouldn’t have recognized her. Not even if she had handed over her insurance information and a signed photograph of the “All That” cast. The best chance she’s got now is “Celebrity Rehab.”
