In the last 6 months, Amanda Bynes has gotten a DUI and been involved in THREE different hit-and-runs, but somehow she still has a license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of California. See if you can guess what happened when she got behind the wheel again Monday night. According to TMZ:

Bynes was driving in the San Fernando Valley at around 8 PM when a car rear-ended her rental. The driver of the other car claims Amanda made a reckless maneuver that triggered the collision. Cops showed up but no one was ticketed.

BTW, Amanda is in a rental because her BMW is in the body shop [for repairs stemming from her last accident].

This is the most attention Amanda Bynes has gotten since “All That” got canceled, so well-played, Amanda! Lindsay Lohan can’t be the only one milking notoriety that way. There’s enough teats of shame to go around for everyone.
