Jessica Biel will play an American soldier who has to learn to adjust to home life after coming back from Iraq in Irwin Winkler’s “Home of the Brave.” Actor Samuel L. Jackson and human bullet-shield 50 Cent also star in the movie. But Jessica said she didn’t see much of the hip-hop musician on set. “I only worked with him one day, and we didn’t even speak to each other in that scene,” she said. “He’s with some soldiers, and I’m on my own with some other soldiers, and I walk by him. “It was disappointing I didn’t really get to actually work with him, but he was lovely and really nice.” Her character suffers a serious injury while fighting in Iraq but she refused to reveal what her physical disability was. Jessica told MTV: “I tried to portray how difficult that is mentally and emotionally and how I deal with that as a woman, now that I’m physically changed.”
Jessica has come a long way since she played a reverend’s daughter in the TV show “7th Heaven.” This talented and pretty actress is a breath of fresh air in a Hollywood market saturated with spoiled freckled brats and untalented whores. Yeah, you know who I’m talking about.
