Bon Jovi Action Figures for Sale
I bet you often find yourself wishing for a “hair band action figure” when playing with your dolls under the bed. Lucky for you, rocker Jon Bon Jovi is to be immortalized by toymaker McFarlane’s as an “action figure” in July of the upcoming year. The Post-Chronicle quotes the C.O. of the toy company as saying:
“Bon Jovi is one of the most consistent and recognizable rock bands of all time. Not only did they rock stadiums and arenas during the 80s, but they have also been doing it in the 90s and now. We are looking forward to reproducing the likeness of Jon… and bringing [him] to the fans.”
The only thing I’d like to do with a Jon Bon Jovi action figure is melt it with a butylene torch. I have nothing but bitterness and rage for a man responsible for “Livin’ on a Prayer” and “Have a Nice Day.” I’m not sure what makes the doll an action figure, either. I guess being an enormous douche counts as an action these days. Although it’s really less of an “action” and more of a ”transitive state of being” per se.

Bon Jovi rocked Pittsburgh during the Steeler Celebration to a packed house. Bon Jovi still looks great and the 52,000 fans in attendance seemed to be enjoying themselves.

you guys are just jealous that jon bon jovi’s action figure will get WAAAYYY more action than you’ll ever get! I can’t wait for the mini jon and richie to come out… I’ll definitely be buying them! and what’s wrong with the man responsible for livin’ on a prayer?! ummm… ya it’s offa one of the most successful rock albums of all time! it was the first song retired from mtv’s count down cuz it was that popular it was on forever! livin’ on a prayer is one of the songs that shot bon jovi past all of their peers. it is was set them apart from all the bands that would cease to exist in another 5 years. guess what… the song still is rockin’ even 20 years later! there isn’t anyone that doesn’t know that song!
