Katie Holmes and new BFF Victoria Beckham have a new pet project together: designing children’s clothing. According to The Post-Chronice:

Victoria Beckham and Katie Holmes are to launch a children’s clothing line. The pair… are planning to combine their skills and passions by designing their own range for children. A source [said] “Katie recently sketched out some designs for a party dress for Suri’s first birthday and Victoria saw there was the potential there for the two of them to come up with some great designs. As they are both mothers who love fashion, it couldn’t have been more ideal for them.”

I guess Victoria’s input will be “see-through” and “nipple-exposing,” while Katie’s take will be “brainwashed captive.” That’s really hard to pull off with just the clothes, you know. It’s really difficult to get the zombie expression or the dead-eye stare without using actual dead eyes or a real zombie or just Katie herself. But that’s what true fashionistas do — they make the clothing speak to you, like a work of art. Or they at least make them show the nipples. Because pre-teens and toddlers can be sexy, too! Let’s hear it for breast buds and lack of pubic hair!
