Avril Still Sucks Infinity Plus One
Dearest Readers,
Ms. Salty here! I’ve got a bit of sad news to share with you: today is my last day here at Yeeeah! I’ve had a blast helping out around here for the past six or so months. However a full time gig has beckoned, so starting next week I’ll be reporting from a brand new gossip site — which unfortunately I can’t tell you the name of because we haven’t gone live yet. But trust me when I say it will be awesome. I’m sure you won’t even miss me, since Abby is still the funniest bitch on the motherfucking planet.
At any rate, I thought it would only be fitting to leave you with these photos of Avril Lavigne, since she has historically been my most hated celebrity, and therefore my favorite celebrity to rail on. Today Miss Avril gives us all a much needed lesson on how to “punk out” formal wear, by wearing glittery converse sneakers and a pink skull and crossbones necklace with a dress to last night’s 2007 MTV Latin American Music Awards. Unfortunately, there are no reports of her getting beat up by angry Mexicans. I mean, I would have only assumed that the native people, taking one look at her mouth full of fangs and freakish pink hair, would have started screaming and yelling, “El Diablo! El Diablo!” — proceeding to attack her with those boards that have nails coming out of them like you see in cartoons. I swear, nothing good ever happens.

Update: Yeeeah! is not over. I am only the Associate Editor. Abby, on the other hand, who writes 80% of the material — will still be posting full time. Nobody freak!

Abby will probably post us in Quickies when we launch — and also, it’s going to be a sister site to Pajiba so you can always check back there — we’re going to be promoting it out the ass.
