Simon Monjack has finally cracked the case of wife Brittany Murphy’s untimely death late last year — it was because she was fired from the Happy Feet sequel. Makes perfect fucking sense, doesn’t it? Page Six says
Brittany Murphy’s grieving husband says he’s suing Warner Bros. over her death, claiming: “They killed her.”
Simon Monjack alleges that Murphy died from stress just two weeks after the studio fired her from the “Happy Feet” sequel. Monjack [said], “She was devastated . . . You’re disposable as an actress or actor.”
Okay, let’s see here. We’ve got Simon Monjack, whose wedding to Brittany just happened to coincide with his facing deportation for an expired visa (for which he spent 9 days in jail, BTW), a guy who was charged with credit card theft and fraud, a guy who tried to pass off a cubic zirconia ring as a diamond to his other fiancee, and a guy who reportedly engaged in homosexual affairs when nobody was looking. But Warner Brothers is supposed to be the bad guy in all this? Come on. If it were any more obvious it was Simon Monjack, he’d have on a black-and-white striped suit and dollar signs where his pupils should be.

He might of just made the mistake of his life. Their legal department will take him to the cleaners, then counter sue and put him into debt. WB is VERY protective of their reputation.
Now that his wife is dead too, he can likely be deported if they haven’t been married for more then 3 years (not sure how long they were).
