Emma Stone wore head-to-toe Lanvin at the premiere of her new movie “The Croods” last night, pairing a strapless black dress from the label’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection over a sheer ivory tee and finishing the look with their statement floral necklace and nude platform pumps.
WHAT SHE DID RIGHT: I love the look of a strapless dress over a simple tee. It’s a great way to make a formal dress appropriate for every day wear.
WHAT SHE DID WRONG: Nude pumps are great, but she should have gone with a classic pointy-toe instead of the almond-toe platform pumps. They just look too clunky with the dress.
