Like her two front teeth before them, Vanessa Paradis and Johnny Depp are going their separate ways after fourteen years together. People Magazine says:
The couple “have amicably separated,” Depp’s publicist said in a statement released to Entertainment Tonight Tuesday. “Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children.”
The two drifted into living separate lives after moving to Los Angeles from France. They haven’t appeared together on a red carpet in a year and, an insider [said] about their crumbling relationship, “It’s so sad.”
The couple have two children together: Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9.
People didn’t come right out and say it, but I’m pretty sure “The Tourist” was the last straw for the both of them. Now he can get back to his true loves, touring with his band and banging Olsen twins, and Vanessa can get back to her true loves — harvesting the souls of the damned and flossing with mooring rope.
