Here’s something you probably didn’t know — you can’t sue the police department for any injuries sustained while resisting arrest or fleeing the scene. Just like you can’t sue the radio for playing back-to-back Katy Perry songs. The best you can do is soil yourself and hope the insanity plea sticks.
