Reality TV family the Kardashians are taking legal action against Hustler Entertainment for a XXX spoof of their hit show, according to reports. Kim and co are said to be suing Larry Flynt’s Hustler empire for their creatively titled porn feature ‘Keeping it Up For the KardASSians.’ Producers at E! Entertainment are also believed to be considering their legal options regarding the porno flick’s theme tune, which allegedly sounds similar to the one on the original show, ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians.’ Kim Kardashian previously launched a lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment in 2007 over the distribution of her sex tape with her boyfriend, singer Ray-J. According to a press release, Hustler’s ‘Keeping it Up for the KardASSians’ promises 3-way action.” Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are all parodied in the new porno.
