More than twice as many people tuned in to TLC’s “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” than watched Paul Ryan’s acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention this week, and Kris Jenner is not happy about those numbers. A source told Radar Online:
“To say Kris is not a fan of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo is an understatement.
She thinks the Thompsons are classless and can’t understand why America is so fascinated by them. The show has become bigger than Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and Kris is starting to feel threatened by its success
Kris [says that] June is a bad mom for ‘exploiting’ Alana in that way. Kris thinks it’s all a ploy to make money, and says she sees through it and thinks it is absolutely disgusting.”
“A classless, talentless family being exploited by an equally repulsive mother” sounds like the tag line from the Keeping up with the Kardashians: the First Six Seasons box set. It’s one of those classic instances of the pot calling the kettle black, if only because by calling it black there’s a good chance she could convince Kim to have sex with it and sell the tape for money.
