First it was Mexico, and now the Chateau Marmont is following suit — the famous hotel is banning Lindsay Lohan for her failure to pay the $46,350.04 she owes for her stay earlier this year. TMZ says:
A letter from the General Manager of the hotel [says the] hotel repeatedly requested payment for the 47 days Lindsay stayed there during the months of June and July … but LiLo never anted up.
Lindsay — who had been living at the hotel — was ordered to get her stuff out by 12 PM August 1. She was then banned from the entire property.
The itemized bill for June and July [includes]:
– Minibar charges for the 47 days: $3,145.07.
– Cigarettes: $686. She blew through 49 packs in 47 days at $14 a pop
– Chateau restaurant: On July 4 Lindsay racked up a $1,992.07 bill. On top of that, she spent $685.96 that day on room service.
Lindsay totally had that bill covered, but the stupid Chateau Marmont wouldn’t accept payment in stolen watches and monogrammed flatware. If they want their money so bad, they’ll just have to change their policies on accepting hot merchandise.

She said Lifetime was paying for it, as she was staying there while she filmed the Liz & Dick joke of a movie.
But, if that WERE true, I’m sure the people at the hotel would have known who to bill.
