“Wizards of Waverly Place” star David Henrie was cited last night for trying to start a fight at a Los Angeles shopping center. I assume it happened behind the gym sometime between fourth period and lunch. TMZ says

Henrie, along with his 16-year-old brother Lorenzo, was detained at Universal CityWalk late last night. They were both cited for challenging a person to a fight (similar to disturbing the peace) and released early this morning to their father.

In addition to “Waverly,” Henrie also appeared on “That’s So Raven.”

If you star in something as faggy as “The Wizards of Waverly Place” and “That’s So Raven,” you’d have to constantly go around proving your masculinity so gay men won’t corner you and try to pull your pants down when you aren’t looking. That’s how they attack, you know. They get you when you least expect it. Sexually ambiguous teen stars are their natural prey.

After only six months of marriage, Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel are reportedly on the rocks. Nine MSN says

The tanned pair “are clashing night and day, and they’re desperately trying to get a handle on their problems,” [said] a friend.

“Apparently Josh wants to start a family, but Fergie’s not ready to give up her rock n’ roll lifestyle.”

Hmm… “rock ‘n roll lifestyle” must actually be code for “wiener.” And from what I remember from health class, it’s hard to make a baby with four testicles between the two of you. I’m pretty sure you need a fallopian tube or an ovum somewhere in the mix.
