Shakira’s new song “Rabiosa” featuring Pitbull is absolutely terrible, but the accompanying video showing her pole-dancing in lingerie more than makes up for it. I haven’t been this excited since the Pegasus League allowed Black Luster Soldier Envoy of the Beginning card into tournament play!

Concert footage from Shakira’s show in Mexico flew around the interwebs yesterday because it appeared to show an audience member steal a ring right off her finger as she moved past (video after the jump). But that’s not what actually happened, because if you examine the video closely, you’ll see the ring is still on her hand the whole time. TMZ says:
Shakira was NOT the victim of a gutsy ring-stealing fan in Mexico last week… despite widespread reports to the contrary and a viral video which appeared to capture the crime,
Shakira’s publicist, Joseph Carozza, tells us, “There is no truth to this report. A fan grabbed her hand and she looked down. Her ring is still visible on her hand as she continued to walk through the crowd.”
So, in essence, what you have here is a complete non-story. Just like my sex life. It’s hard out there for a pimp Level 7 Mage with a 65 Magic attack and a 4 slot arc staff. Holla!

It was a big night for Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift at the American Music Awards, even though neither of them were there to accept them. People magazine says
Swift won five American Music Awards, including Favorite Artist of the Year – all while she was in London.
A stunned Swift gave her acceptance speech via satellite, paying homage to the night’s other big winner, Michael Jackson.
Jackson won four trophies: Favorite Soul/R&B Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Male Vocalist and Favorite Pop/Rock Album and Favorite Soul/R&B Album.
Good for Michael Jackson. Everything he’s put out in the last twenty years sucked donkey, but let’s just put aside the whole “weirdo recluse pedophile drug addict who hasn’t cranked out a real hit since 1987″ because he’s dead. Jesus Christ. I’m surprised they didn’t find a way to give Roman Polanski and award while they were at it. But anyway, I digress. Shakira just unveiled the new hot-as-hell cover for her latest single, She Wolf. You know, it’s funny — they actually used to call me She-Wolf back in high school.
