‘Moonstruck’ Screenwriter Accused of Forcing Violent Sex with Actress Amanda Jencsick

If your career as an aspiring actress isn’t going so well, you should always have a Plan B to fall back on. In the case of actress Amanda Jencsik, that would be suing an Oscar-winning screenwriter for $5 million for allegedly forcing her to have rough sex. Says Mail Online,

An Oscar-winning screenwriter strangled a young actress with his belt during sadistic sex, she claims in a $5million lawsuit filed yesterday.

Amanda Jencsik, 26, says she feared for her life during an abusive four-month relationship with Moonstruck writer John Patrick Shanley, who is 35 years her senior.

Miss Jencsik alleges the 61-year-old would slap her and hold his hands over her mouth and neck during their encounters at his Manhattan apartment.

The writer often asked her if she felt like he was raping her, the suit says.

She claims their rough sex sessions were so violent that she believed Mr Shanley was trying to kill her, and says she grew light-headed when he wrapped the belt around her neck.

Brooklyn-born Miss Jencsik says she suffered severe physical and psychological trauma at the hands of the older man – but did not report him to the police ‘due to her mental state’, the New York Post reports.
Sal Strazzullo, the lawyer representing Miss Jencsik, said Mr Shanley had a ‘Svengali-like effect’ on the aspiring actress, which kept her from severing ties.

Mr Shanley, who wrote the 1987 Cher film and also adapted the plane crash survival drama Alive in 1993, said he knew nothing of the lawsuit when it was filed yesterday.

Miss Jencsik’s statement says the pair met via Facebook in October 2009, with Mr Shanley striking up the correspondence by asking her about her hair colour.

They did not meet in person until a dinner date in January 2010, she claims.

The 26-year-old alleges that, after a second date later that month, she followed Mr Shanley to his apartment and they had sex.

He invited her back the next day but was not home when she arrived, the suit says.

When he eventually showed up he was drunk, Miss Jencsik alleges, and once inside he ‘forcibly turned [her] over onto her stomach’ and sodomised her.

Though she told Mr Shanley he was hurting her he laughed, the suit says, and afterwards he complained that his sheets had been left stained with her blood and makeup.

The third and final time they had sex, she says, Mr Shanley sodomised her again – this time looping the belt around her throat.

After she split up with him in April 2010, Miss Jencsik claims, she was in pain but too scared to seek medical help. The lawsuit adds that it took her a whole year to approach a doctor, who diagnosed her with a bowel obstruction.

I just love it when women do stupid things like stay in a abusive relationship, and chalk it up to a mental health issue. The issue isn’t mental health, it’s just that you happen to be a fucking retard. Don’t minimize the struggles people with real mental health issues go through just because you’re trying to whore your way into the movie industry and get buyer’s remorse when your shit gets pushed in.

And now for someone who made it in the industry without suing someone: the lovely Kate Beckinsale in a photoshoot for LA Times Magazine.

Casey Affleck Sued for Sexual Harassment

It wouldn’t be Hollywood if there wasn’t some new scandal about some pervy dude wanting to get his greasy paws all over someone. In this week’s edition, Casey Affleck plays the pervy dude.  The Herald Sun reports,

Casey Affleck is being sued by producer Amanda White, who claims he sexually harassed her during the filming of his upcoming Joaquin Pheonix documentary I’m Still Here.

Amanda White alleges that Oscar-nominated Affleck made “uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances” and she was denied her $50,000 producer fee after she refused to spend the night in a hotel room with him.

“On one occasion, Affleck instructed a crew member to take off his pants in order to show (White) his penis, even after (White) objected,” the suit alleges. “Affleck repeatedly referred to women as ‘cows;’ he discussed his sexual exploits and those of other celebrities that he allegedly witnessed; and asked (White), after learning her age, ‘Isn’t it about time you get pregnant?’”

In another alleged incident, Affleck arranged for a shoot in his suite at the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas, where White and a female cinematographer, Magdalena Gorka, discovered that Affleck had “procured the services of several prostitutes, including male transvestites.”

She claims in the suit that the prostitutes were “for his personal gratification and … (had_ nothing to do with the purpose of the project.”

The 19-page lawsuit, filed in an Los Angeles court, demands at least $2 million.

Affleck, 34, who is married to Joaquin’s sister, actress Summer Pheonix, with whom he has two sons: Indiana, 6, and Atticus, 2, has fired off an angry response.

In response, Michael Plonsker, a litigator for Affleck and his production company Flemmy Prods., told Hollywood Reporter:

“The allegations brought upon our clients are preposterous and without merit. Ms. White was terminated from the production over a year ago. She and her lawyers believe that this maliciously and erroneously filed complaint will cause the producers to succumb to her outrageous and baseless demands. She is mistaken.

“The complaint will be vigorously defended and cross-claims will be filed against her.”

Male transvestites? Well it’s all clear to me now. Casey just wanted Amanda hug n’ kiss. Bah-doom-BAH!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are suing mad over a story ran in British tabloid paper News of the World last week claiming the couple were on the verge of a nasty split. The Guardian UK says

Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie today began a privacy action against the News of the World over a story that alleged the couple were separating.

The couple’s London lawyers said today: “The News of the World has failed to meet our clients’ reasonable demands for a retraction of and apology for these false and intrusive allegations which have now been widely republished by mainstream news outlets. We have advised them to bring proceedings, which they have now done.

We can confirm unequivocally that the allegations published by the News of the World are false as well as intrusive,” the firm said.

Of course they’re not splitting up! Why, Brad and Angelina’s love is as real as… as real as Bar Refeali’s breasts. Which, incidentally, I happened to have fifteen pictures of right here. I didn’t think it would be fair to draw that kind of visual analogy without giving you a proper frame of reference. I’d hate to be responsible for a disconnect between writer and reader.

Perez Hilton is Suing Polo Molina for Assault

Remember when Perez Hilton got punched right in his big fat puss at the Much Music Awards earlier this week? Remember how he called Will. I. Am “faggot” and “motherfucking liar” and swore up and down that it was Will. I. Am who assaulted him? Yeah, not so much. Turns out the man who struck Perez was Will. I. Am’s road manager Polo Molina, and now Perez is filing a civil lawsuit against him. TMZ says

Hilton is suing Polo Molina for battery and an intentional infliction of emotional distress. The suit wants payback in excess of $25,000.

Hilton’s attorney released the following statement:

“Perez Hilton files this lawsuit to protect his freedom of speech and seeks legal redress against those who have physically assaulted him because they do not like his review of their album. Whether you love Perez or hate him, he is entitled to his freedom of speech without fear of physical violence. This lawsuit will make the statement that violence is never the answer.”

And now, Perez is apologizing — not to the man he wrongly accused of assault; not to the woman he called a “fugly bitch” and on whom he routinely draws wieners; not to GLAAAD for his using of a homophobic slur; not to Isaiah Washington for publicly campaigning for his termination from “Grey’s Anatomy” for having said the word “faggot;” and not to Jesse Metcalfe for writing that Metcalfe deserved the beating he got outside a Hollywood night club last year — but to himself, for being such a poor helpless victim. He writes on his site:

I am speaking out because I realize that the last few days have been more hurtful to me – and many others – than the repeated blows I suffered to my head in Toronto this past weekend.

I am sorry that any good work I have done for promoting equality may be tainted by me reclaiming a hurtful word – that’s been personally used against me and the gay community – to hurt someone that was verbally attacking me. It was stupid.

The “F” word will never be uttered from my lips again. I challenge [others] to remove it from their vocabulary as well.

I should have been the bigger man and walked away from an unfortunate situation. Instead, I chose… to stand up for myself and only made things worse by how I – under pressure, anger and extreme emotion – handled the situation.

I am NOT apologizing to GLAAD. I could care less about them, my former employers.

I am apologizing to the gay community and to all the people who have ever emailed me to thank me for all that I have done to fight for gay rights over the last few years.

I will be donating any money collected from my lawsuit against Polo Molina, road manager for the Black Eyed Peas, to the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

And I will continue to speak out for equality and support the great work done by LGBT organizations, such as LAMBDA Legal and HRC.

Sincerely,
Perez

I really think the cab driver in “Old School” said it best: “I recommend you stop being such a faggot.” It’s the very same advice I gave my kid when I dropped him off at summer camp.
