This isn’t a screen cap from Lifetime’s original movie The Capture of the Green River Killer; that’s Miley Cyrus and her long-time “friend,” who may or not be a serial killer, but is very definitely NOT her fiance Liam Hemsworth. Poor guy. He’s like the poster child for the “Just a Friend” zone. She’s completely oblivious, and he’s looking at her like he wants to kiss her with every fiber of his being. Or possibly flay her open and wear her skin like a mink stole. Being in love and being a sociopath can present with a lot of the same symptoms.
